SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are shipped via UPS, unless the shipping address is a P.O. Box, in which case, it will be shipped via USPS. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking when your order has shipped. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking status to be updated via UPS/USPS.

We are only able to ship to the address indicated at checkout for individual orders. Shipping addresses for bulk orders made by schools and organizations are determined by the contract agreement. Please ensure that all information is accurate upon receiving the order confirmation email.

Bulk Purchases for Schools and Organizations:

For bulk purchases made by schools and organizations, shipping times may vary depending on whether the kits are shipped to the school/organization or directly to students' homes. All STEAM kits for schools and organizations will be shipped as per the contract ship-by date. Please refer to your contract for specific shipping details.
If any address discrepancies or issues arise with bulk orders, please contact us as soon as possible. Once orders are processed for shipment, no changes can be made.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping for your order may vary depending on the type of purchase:

One-time Purchase: Shipping for a gift or one-time purchase ships in 3-5 business days.

Bulk Purchase: All STEAM kits for schools and organizations will be shipped as per the contract ship-by date. Please refer to your contract for specific shipping details.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are FINAL, with No Refunds or Exchanges. For problems or concerns with the product, please email us at: cs@thelabdrawer.com within 7 days of delivery. We will address any issues on a case-by-case basis.

CANCELLATION

Please note that we no longer offer subscription services. You can contact us at any time to address any concerns related to your one-time purchase.
